Taking in a Hot Bath May Boost Your Brainpower

A recent study of the benefits of bathing for middle-aged women with fibromyalgia also highlighted another interesting effect and that was in addition to reducing pain, the warm water also appeared to improve cognitive function, possibly because the heat causes blood vessels to dilate and improves blood flow to the brain.
